Sales Manager
This position reports to the President of the
List Management
Division. This
position works along side of the other
Sales Manager
and will have heavy
interaction with the
List Manager
and
Marketing Manager
.
Responsibilities Include:
Development of solid sales strategies to proactively promote, via outbound telemarketing,
List Management properties.
Preparation of "hit lists" for each managed property. Hit lists will be developed by:
a. Reviewing Competitors Usage
b. Reviewing other similar ARM lists for cross-selling
Continual competitive research and analysis to determine areas for growth.
Continual sales analysis of managed properties to determine areas for category expansion within
each list. These areas will be most noted by new continuations in an untapped category.
Quarterly visitations to brokerage companies to present and sell our properties.
Continual preparation of formal list recommendations for brokers/mailers.
Continual preparation of sales collateral materials/letters for broker presentations.
Seasonality & Test Calls and reporting.
Assisting with List Management Proposals relating to prospect lists.
Attend Industry Trade Shows and scheduling appointments with brokers/mailers/list owner.
Preparing special sales reports and communication tools for list owner.
This position requires excellent oral and written skills. Solid negotiation, sales and judgment skills
are essential.
List Manager
This position requires a "sales minded" individual with a detail oriented aptitude. The candidate must
be able to handle multiple tasks coupled with strong supervisory skills. Ability to learn and memorize
details on 60 plus list management properties so superior customer service can be attained.
Minimum - two years of list management/list brokerage experience a must.
Responsibilities include: list recommendations, order processing, follow-up, counts, shipping in addition
to heavy list broker, list owner, and service bureau contact. Strong troubleshooting, cross-selling,
and negotiating skills are essential. Position works closely with the Assistant List Manager,
Marketing Manager, and reports to the President of List Management. Trade Show attendance will be
required.
Account Executive
This position requires a detail oriented individual with the ability to perform multiple tasks and work
efficiently with other team members. Minimum three - five years of Brokerage or Mailer experience a must.
Responsibilities include preparation of list research and recommendations, overall campaign management,
troubleshooting of client problems, count verifications, price negotiations, spearhead special projects as
assigned, order proofing. Ability to prepare extensive spreadsheets. Attend and schedule client meetings
as requested by the principles. Attend industry trade show meetings and prepare materials as requested by
the principals. If necessary and the workload dictates the need, assist Production Coordinator with
production tasks. Work as part of a team responsible for existing Adrea Rubin Marketing, Inc. Brokerage
clients. Potentially, supervising a small team responsible for select clients. Details to be discussed
during interview.
Production Coordinator
This position requires a highly motivated, fast paced, well organized person to join list brokerage team.
Responsibilities include order processing, confirmations, follow-up, counts, shipping, heavy client/vendor
interaction, negotiations, special projects. This position supports an Account Executive. Excellent
computer skills needed. Great opportunity for advancement.
