The State – and Future – of Omni-Channel ROI at PIMA

This week, I have the honor of being a co-chair, along with Tony Baldus, Jim Galli, and Liz Sheehan, of the 2014 PIMA Midyear Meeting and Trade Show in Napa Valley, California. I will be joining Stefan Willimann, CEO of SIGMA Marketing Insights, to present a session entitled The State – and Future – of Omni-Channel ROPIMAlogoI. We will be discussing direct marketing’s application and future in the ever-changing multi-channel environment, and where our clients are seeing measurable success in reaching new customers offline and online.
